Two surfaces construct beneficial upstream structure — rebuilding social-cognitive identity outside mean-seeking platforms, and extending spatial intelligence to physics-bound RF sensing.

The institutional vehicle at the centroid is ThinkWell Labs itself: the program's existence as a coherent body of work rather than a scattered portfolio is the load-bearing intervention at this scale. Coherent bodies compound. Scattered output does not.
